3. No Cancellation Allowed
Once payment is successfully processed, cancellation requests will NOT be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind by student or parent
- Personal emergencies or family circumstances
- Finding alternative counseling services
- Changes in exam scores or admission prospects
- Financial constraints after payment
- Dissatisfaction with counseling advice
- Inability to attend scheduled sessions
- Changes in college preferences or career goals

Within 24 Hours:

Since these processes begin immediately, refunds or cancellations are not feasible.

While we do not offer refunds, we guarantee:

- ✅ Professional and ethical service delivery
- ✅ Timely responses to queries and concerns
Note: Our guarantee is service delivery, not admission results. Final admission depends on various factors including exam scores, college cutoffs, competition, and institutional policies which are beyond our control.
6. Payment Failures & Technical Issues
6.1 Payment Deducted but Service Not Activated
If payment is deducted from your account but service is not activated:
- Contact us immediately at support@nextuni.in
- Provide transaction ID, date, amount, and payment screenshot
- We will resolve within 24-48 hours
- If payment confirmed but service cannot be activated due to technical error, full refund will be processed within 7 business days
6.2 Duplicate Charges
In case of accidental duplicate payment for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after verification.
6.3 Transaction Failed but Amount Deducted
If payment gateway shows transaction failed but amount is deducted from your bank, it will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. This is a bank-side hold and not a payment to us.
7. Legal Compliance
This No Refund Policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Information Technology Act, 2000. Educational counseling services are classified as "professional services" where the service provider's time, expertise, and resources are committed immediately upon engagement.
By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy.
8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first is considered fraudulent activity. We will:
- Immediately suspend all services
- Contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
- Report fraudulent chargebacks to appropriate authorities
- Take legal action for recovery and damages
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify service features or benefits with prior notice. However, core services for which payment has been made will be delivered as committed. Changes to packages apply only to future purchases.
10. Complaint Resolution
If you have any concerns about service quality:

- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
- We will work to resolve service issues through alternate arrangements
- If needed, we may assign a different counselor or adjust session timings
Note: Complaint resolution focuses on improving service delivery, not issuing refunds.
